[SOLVED] Does CPU-Z overclock?

Hey, quick dumb question. I was chechking some stuff in cpu-z the locks for my gpu show as abysmally slow for some reason) and i clicked onthe dropdown menu for "tools" and i clicked the clocks and timers stuff. Is this just a measuring tool or did i change the speeds and timings of cpu ram or gpu and need to fix it? I dont know if cpu-z can change aything, i dont think so but just to be sure i ask. Thanks!

Unless its changed in the last 7 years, its just a tool to collect values, it cannot overclock
