Can i acheive 1080p 60fps with this build.

GPU: R9 270x; CPU: ryzen 1300x; RAM: 4GB DDR4; Motherboard: ASROCK A320M
This will be my budget build and im wondering if i can play some newer games on mid/low graphic settings.

I assume you mean 1300X. Your biggest issue will be 4gb RAM, newer games are recommending 16gb with 8gb as the minimum requirement. Now the gpu isn't great but as you are willing to run low/medium settings it might be ok.

Yes i did make a typo my bad.I watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9Udqf9hX3E which is a combo between r9 270 and ryzen 1200 and the performance is not thad bad actually.I can upgrade to 8gigs in the future when i get some more money.

While usually ok RAM bought separately is not guaranteed to work, even if same make and model. It is why matched kits exist, they are guaranteed that all dims will work together.

Oh, i didnt know that.Thanks for the heads up.I just want to have a nice pc for playing overwatch and ocassionally some of the newer singleplayer games.I dont think that this will be a problem for me for now.
