Is there any way I can do it? I got a fan with a 3 pin connector but no place to actually connect it, can I adapt it to molex?

Yes, you can buy adapter online. You would lose any ability to control fan speed though. You could also buy a Y-Splitter to connect 2 fans to one motherboard header.

The different colors on the fan connections are different voltages. So you can change the fan speed by picking a different voltage.
