Can i add a AMD Radeon 7770 hd graphics cards and Amd Phenom ii x4 processor

Hello, I have an old computer like from 2005-2006 windows xp amd anthlon 64 processor, ATI radeon graphics xpress 200. I wanted to play Planetside 2 so i decided to upgrade my computer ( it needed
one anyway i can't even play minecraft). So i went on Best Buy.com and found more ram (8 gigs) a new processor ( AMd Phenom ii x4) and a new graphics card ( amd radeon 7770). so before i buy these things i want to know if my computer won't be able to work with it or something else obscure, thank you

Given that your system has "ATI Radeon Graphics Xpress 200", it is likely an older system that will not support any Phenom CPUs, let alone 8GB of memory, etc.

Are you actually buying a new system?
