Can I add a gen 4 SSD to my HP 250 G9 laptop ?

I am thinking to add a Samsung PM9A1 512GB M.2 PCIe Gen 4.0 NVMe SSD.
Is this possible ?

If the CPU manages the PCIe SSD, 4.0 speed can be achieved, if the chipset manages it, "only" 3.0 speeds are possible but will run nonetheless.
So you can add an gen 4 SSD, that´s possible
