Can I add a graphic Card to my TOSHIBA SATELLITE l55 b5163rm? and if I can, which one would recomend me

Laptops do not support upgrade-able GPU's, like desktops. You could do something like this ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bP_8EYQ-2RA but your laptop would look like its on life support, and I really don't recommend using this approach unless you know what your doing.
