Can I add a graphic card to this motherboard?

I have an old pentium 4 pc. The motherboard does not has a slot for a graphic card, but it has a room for PCIEX16 I think.

Can I add the plastic slot for PCIEX16? Do I need a special tools to do that?

There are PCI based graphics cards. But the cost of one of them and the low performance would not be worthwhile. You can probably find a replacement PC in a thrift shop that has a PCIe slot.

You could, but the performance would be poor for anything except crypto mining.
