[SOLVED] Can I add an External Graphics Card (eGPU) into my All in one PC?

So, I had an All in one PC at home. I was wondering if it is possible to add an external GPU? My model is HP ELITE ONE 800 g2 with i7-6700. Since I don't have any knowledge about this, If you need any more information please ask and I will try to find it.

well this is most curious... well assuming you have a free pci-e port and 2x8 or 2x6+2 psu cable available... technically you could hook up the gpu using a pcie x16 extender cable and power it, literally outside the case.. it would be wonky as hell but would work...
