In my PC mother board having 4 slats for RAM and total capacity of 16gb RAM, now my mother board having 2 nos. of 2gb ram, can i add 4 gb RAM in another slat to mother board ?

No, you cannot, you have to fill up the slots in a pattern. 1-3, 2-4 with similar brands.

You have a dual channel motherboard. What you can do is get 2x2 modules and fit them in the last spots

Nothing is stopping you from adding more RAM. However, your PC may not boot up or may be unable to operate at rated specifications. Using a single kit is the recommended way to go.
