Can i add lights to a non lit keyboard?

I got my Corsair k65 keyboard last week. I ordered some o rings for it, and while placing them i noticed an indent on the switch base, where an led light would go on an rgd keyboard for example.

Could i open up thr board and wire in some led lights? I would replace the keycaps of course, so light comes through..

yes you can but it would be very hard and time consuming, just get yourself a new keyboard with lights....these days they are very easy to find

I just don't want to spend extra money on that, and I like this keyboard. I think I would enjoy it anyway. This would void my warranty, correct?

good video, but the keyboard i have has the keys raised up from the metal plate that the switches sit on, rather than being indented like in the video...
