Question Can I add new case to prebuilt dell pc ?

I want to upgrade my pc but want to keep my stock motherboard. I have inspiron 620s. I want to add new cabinet ( current is slim so I can't upgrade much). Just wondering if stock motherboard ( micro atx ) will work with CHIPTRONiKS custom case. I worry if the screws will be in place or not.

Thanks. I already read those. What I am looking for is someone who works with PC hardware and can tell me where the cables on the case ( Chiptronex X310B) fit on the motherboard, such as audio, power, led etc.

I have a dell 0gdg8y motherboard . I am giving my inspiron 620s a new cabinet. I just cant figure out where does audio, usb and power and led pins go on my motherboard. Original is in a formation and in a bracket, but those with new case are separated. Case- Chiptronex X310B
