Can I and Should I upgrade my GPU

Well I need a new PSU or anything?

You've got a nVidia 620 GPU at the moment, so yes you can (and prob want to) upgrade, and yes will prob need a new PSU, that only shows a 300. What PSU you'll need will depend on the card you choose, some need 400, 500 or more

The 120 W (TDP) GTX 960 normally only requires a high quality 400W PSU. No cheapies.

But, yes, a bigger PSU will allow for a bit more upgrade in the future. But as Tradesman1 points out, be sure the card you finally decide on fits the room in your case. Usually length is the only issue.
