can i assasins creed unity without lag?

Will my processor AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz, 8GB RAM and AMD HD RADEON 5700 SERIES clock speed 850MHZ and 1GB Graphics card be able to handle this game? Can i ran it on medium graphics settings?

I would say on a mixture of low and medium settings,you'll get 20-50 fps,depending on where the gameplay took place. Warning though,AC Unity is very CPU bound game,since there's alot of NPC's in the game that will tax on the CPU intensely.
