so im buying a new rig for Christmas and ive purchased a H100 and I am purchasing a gtx 780 either tomorrow or on Saturday so obviously as ive got a h100 I wont be custom watercooling, my question is can I fit for example an EK-GTX-780 backplate to the GTX 780 without the need of having a watercooling block fitted? thanks :)

if you read what i said, im using the h100 for the cpu. by Custom watercooling i meant like a pump, block, res and rad not the h100, the h100 is an aio. the question wasn't about the watercooling itself it was about whether i can fit a backplate to an aircooler. custom loops are purely for looks so that nzxt g10 is useless as there are marginal cooling improvements over air cooling gpu
