Can I be hacked?

Hey people, really need some info on this. I was on kik where I added some random girl, turns out this girl is part of some racist Russian group with some kinda eagle logo. She started asking me if I'm part of a certain group which I obviously didn't answer but she does know my first name. I blocked her and deactivated my kik permanently as I don't use kik much. But all I want to know is, if she is able to access any information from me with out me knowing or hack into my account?

Thanks for the answer I'm just concerned about my security. So no possible ip addresses ect?? Sorry I'm such a noob lol
