Only thing holding me back is there are two cords that arent plugged into anything and i cant seem to find where they go (manual doesnt show). Here are some pictures of it so far, can you guys tell me if you see anything wrong before i plug it in? thanks!

Are those cords coming from your power supply unit? The look like they could possibly be fan headers. Do you know what they're connected to? If it 's the power supply unit thats fine not all power supply cords have to be plugged in.

also i dont know if this is bad or not but the only actual fan i saw working was the CPU fan, the case fans, gpu, and psu fan was still.

You probably didn't plug in those fan headers. Did you install the o.s.? You should get some sort of video signal.

Regarding the fans not working look around the inside of the case. Their should be a few things attached to the case that you can plug into. Try and find the appropriate power plug from the psu.

Strange you should get something from the iris graphics on your intel cpu.
Is the gpu all the way in. You should've heard a click when it went in. But be careful about pulling it out because their might be a latch on the bottom of the pcb connecting it to the board. Give it a decent press on it to make sure it's connected.
