Question Can I boot windows 10 on ssd with making it priority in boot order?

Guys can you help me out? I bought a m2 ssd for my laptop and I want to install the OS. However the thing is, I can't go to my BIOS because of forgotten password. So I can't change the boot order of my laptop. The boot that I had right now is:
  1. USB
  2. HDD
  3. SDD
The question is, Can I still boot on my M2 SSD where my OS is installed even though it is not the prioritize? I will format the HDD during the windows 10 installation so it would not have the OS. The laptop model that I have is Acer Aspire E5 476g-38mh. Thanks for the help in advance. :)
