Question Can i borrow your brain ?

I've recently tried to play COD Warzone, and have tried lowering every setting to the absolute minimum along with "help" guide tips.
The game (COD WARZONE) keeps freezing my computer every time i play it and some times causes the blue screen causing it to restart. Can some one with more knowledge look at my specs to see if I am even able to run this and or give me some recommendations to upgrade to be able to run it?

You should be able to run it just fine.
My old 4790K and 1070 do.

ibuypower usually came with some cheap psu

What exact power supply do you have.

Stop all background programs to see if you can get the memory usage down a bit.

From your results I would probably run memtest, could also be the cheap motherboard overheating just 6+2 power phase.

Not sure what you mean by 6+2 power phase, not up on my PC lingo. still learning.
