Can I Bring A CPU Processor On a plane?

So I'm From Philippines and going to Thailand this summer and planning to buy an AMD FX4 but is it allowed on an airplane?

He might want to go with that first answer since some countries are weird when they think you're trying to import a purchase directly to avoid paying taxes on it.
