Can I build a laptop with amd fx6300 and gtx750

i want to build a laptop with both fx 6300 and gtx750 ti. can i get gtx 750 in my laptop

You can't do that at all. Laptops requires a laptop specialised component. So everything you have on a desktop will not work.

To determine if a GPU is a laptop, Nvidia will have an "M" at the end. So you see 780 in desktop and 780M on laptop.

As far as I know they are not commercially available (correct me if I'm wrong)

You can buy laptops with them already inside however.
