Can i build a PC with components worth of around 420$ that can play all modern games at a reasonable FPS on low-medium settings?
If so, can you recommend me what to buy and why?

Storage is not included in the budget as i already have one HDD i can use and plan to get an SDD as soon as i can.

Keep in mind that there are newer better graphics cards close to release from AMD and you might be able to do a lot better then the GTX 950 in a week or two
