Can I build pc for zbrush for 1000 dollar?

Hello, I would really appreciate your help!
I would like to build a pc within 1000 dollar range to run zbrush4R6
Is it possible to run zbrush4R6 optimally with in 1000 daollar computer?

You should get something easy for $1000 - not including peripherals.

Do you intend to use it only for zbrush4R6 or also work, gaming or watching video's?
Because if you only want it to run zbrush4R6 you can make a really inexpensive computer and won't even need to spend a 1000 dollars.

I think I am asking a stupid question
Looking at the list you gave me, I see it is using 8 GB RAM, would computer still work fine if I use 16 GB RAM instead of 8 GB? Are the components listed in this list only compatible with 8 GB RAM? I don't know, I am really lost when it comes to building a pc.
