Can i Buy any gpu ?

Solution
See if the manufacturer provides good support/warranty in your country.

Here are some good, known GPU brands:
Asus, Gigabyte, Zotac, MSI, and EVGA (I might have missed one or two).

Get a gpu which offers better value, compare clocks and boost clocks, check online for reviews of the paticular model GPU.

check for these:
Clocks (Some 1060 cards have better clocks)
Cooling/Temperature
Noise
Number of fans
Size
Backplates (Is not necessary but, I love 'em. They also offer safety when handling and passive VRM cooling).

Get one of the better known brands. Take a look at the msi, asus, evga or gigabyte versions and pick the cheapest. It doesn't really differ the performance. It might be a difference of 1 or 2 fps, so if you get the cheapest one, you'll be fine. But I do suggest you get one of those brands I mentioned, due to their reliability.
