title says it all basically im building a new rig and its my understanding i will not be able to install my current OEM system builder version of windows 7 on to my new rig coz it'll recognize that its diff hardware and not the pc it was registered on
so im wondering if i buy a windows 7 product key today from
http://uk.mmoga.net/Software/Windows/Windows-7-Home-Premium-32-64-Bit.html?ref=392¤cy=GBP
and install via the oem system builder disc i have activate with the new cd key then upgrade to 10
if that possible with a cd key bought after the offer for EXISTING windows 7-8 owners to upgrade
im unclear if i qualify as an exisiting customer or a new customer don't wanna get caught out in some grey area and stuck with a windows 7 product key i don't relay want
