Just wondering if it was possible to do this as I have an old pentium 4 computer that I have been using as a HTPC but the only problem is that booting from this old motherboard requires me to press f1 which requires a keyboard. Sadly I do not have an extra keyboard and would rather not buy one for such an old piece of junk so is there anyway I could possibly bypass this as the jack on my current keyboard is already quite broken and unpluging it could possibly make it worse.

Without wanting to sound like a jerk - Keyboards cost like three bucks even assuming you need to buy. With almost no effort you can get one for free. I have like five spare ones kicking around my house, and most computer folk do too. Just asking friends will almost certainly get you one for straight up free.

It's useful to have a keyboard plugged in for a variety of things. Any trouble shooting that you need to do will likely require one, and most real problems will shoot up a post message informing you that you need to do something with the keyboard to dismiss. Just have a keyboard tucked away somewhere. It's cheap (or free) and comes with upside.
