I have a problem with raging, and I also have some expensive gaming equipment. Sometimes, I let out my rage in the form of smashing my desk. recently I couldn't let it in, and this was the worst one so far. My monitor has the ability to tilt a few degrees, and basically it tilted and got stuck. I had to unscrew it and fix it. But then I got more concerned about things, and I want to know, if I am causing any major internal damage perhaps to my monitor, mouse, or even speakers or the bass box. Maybe some circuit damage or somehow the response time of my mouse. Thank you for reading this thread. Any help is appreciated.

You are unlikely to damage your equipment unless your desk is very flimsy or made of some material that transmits too much of the energy you are imparting to your desk (for example, a moderately thin metal desk).

However I have to agree with Supernova 1138. Raging is a bad thing. It is bad for you physically, emotionally and mentally. Take a deep breath and let it back out when you get angry. That 2 seconds of self control can help. Take more gaming breaks. Do other things. Gaming it fun, but even if you weren't raging, it is not good for it to be your only thing.
You aren't likely to damage your hardware unless smashing your desk causes it to fall over and get damaged or you start actually smashing your hardware. Maybe take a break from gaming, or go to some anger management classes or something. Constant raging over video games is not a good thing.

My desk is strong and relatively thick so I guess there's no danger here. And thank you once again for your answer.

I will plan to take steps in controlling myself. The effects are more noticeable and I don't want it to continue.
