Can I change from a Intel HD Graphics to a Nvidia?

I have a VAIO Laptop, late 2012, E series.
With 4 GB Ram
500 GB of memory.And It has a Intel HD graphics 4000
Windows8
I want to know if i can change it to ANY Nvidia card

No you cant change the graphics card in a laptop.
