[SOLVED] Can I change HDD slot?

Hi, I know it might be a stupid question but I was planning on buying a new GPU but its lenght is 30 cm and I could fit it in my case if it wasn't for the HDD, so my question is can I put it in one of those empty slots so I can fit the GPU? WIll it affect something?This is the inside of my case (I know it's messy but I'm waiting for my new PSU to arrange the cables nicely.)

Zero harm in moving the hdd if the cables will still reach where needed.
