I actually have....and am running...a P6T Deluxe with an i7-980 and a GTX 1080.
It should fit.
It should work.
I would get a new power supply.
hi , my power supply would support the graphics card or it would be some stressed?
what power supply do u have?

I think it may support it.

The reason I would get another one is....I think it's borderline.....and I'm thinking it's low quality.

In my opinion, when considering quality, the power supply is the most important component.
The power supply has the capability to ruin all of your other hardware if it fails in a certain way.
This is why I use a quality supply.
Right now, on my rig I am using a Corsair 750 RMx.
The Seasonic Focus is also a good series.

You're welcome.

As I said....I went with the RMx....the Focus series is good.
I found this from a quick search of the forums.

Corsair CX550, CoolerMaster Masterwatt 550, EVGA B3 550.
You can't go wrong with any of them.
