Could i change my graphic card for a new one (gtx 970) if i have this specs?

Motherboard: p6td Deluxe edition

Processor: I7 x980 Extreme edition @3.33 Ghz

Ram: 24 GB DDR3 Triple channel NB frequency 2672.5 MHz

Graphic card: MSI GT 730 4GB DDR3

Power supply: ATX (500W) (fanatic , it came free with the case)

Is it going to fit in my motherboard? , if not , any recommendations? please help

I think it may support it.

The reason I would get another one is....I think it's borderline.....and I'm thinking it's low quality.

In my opinion, when considering quality, the power supply is the most important component.
The power supply has the capability to ruin all of your other hardware if it fails in a certain way.
This is why I use a quality supply.
Right now, on my rig I am using a Corsair 750 RMx.
The Seasonic Focus is also a good series.

You're welcome.

As I said....I went with the RMx....the Focus series is good.
I found this from a quick search of the forums.

Corsair CX550, CoolerMaster Masterwatt 550, EVGA B3 550.
You can't go wrong with any of them.
