I just want to know if i can change my processor to intel core 2 duo e4300.My laptop is acer aspire es 14.

Solution
No. The Celeron N3550 is a 2016 low power CPU (6w) that is soldered into the motherboard.

The Core 2 Duo E4300 is a 2006 desktop CPU that has pretty high power consumption compare to modern Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs at 65w. It will not physically fit in your laptop.

Because the Celeron N3550 is soldered into the motherboard there is no way to upgrade the CPU any. All modern laptops have CPUs that are soldered into the motherboard. There are a few modern laptops that use modern desktop top CPUs, but they are generally boutique laptops which means they are expensive.
This depends on what model exactly your laptop is. Aspire ES14 covers a range of laptops. However nearly all laptops have non-upgradable CPUs as the CPU is integrated into the motherboard.

My understanding of most Aspire ES14 is that this is also the case, you won't be able to upgrade the CPU. However I'm not aware of what exact model you have, and if all Aspire's have integrated CPUs.

Even so, you have to ensure the socket type of your old and new CPU matches.
