Can i change my laptops cpu

hello i have a samsung 300ea4 laptop can i change it's cpu and if i can what would you reccomend for 60-80$

In theory your notebook supports a lot of Sandy Bridge upgrades, but I don't know if there's a white list in the BIOS for what CPU's can be supported or not. Having said that i usually roll the dice anyhow. Your max thermal handling is 35W.
