Okay your idea doesn't involve spending money unnecessarily. The issue I have with my game play is judder in play, not very smooth.

Overclocking your card will do minimal improvement. If you're playing online, thre Athlon x4s are poor choices. This is the drop in fps you are experiencing, along with the GPU.
