Hi I have a good laptop toshiba a665-s6100x, it lasts a lot like 8 years it used a processor i7 2630qm,

My question is if it convenient in doing reballing or can I change my processor, I think that model comes with soldered processor

If that's the processor, it's a PGA processor, not a BGA one. The 2635QM is the BGA one. But I'm not seeing much of a purpose of upgrading to a different i7 of the same age just to get a bit of clock rate. If the 2630QM is now insufficient for your needs, a 2860QM isn't going to change things all that much.
