According to this, maximum would be 4096 MB (2048 MB x 2) 1600MHz DDR3L SODIMM RAM sticks.

By the note, memory is non customer upgradeable, i can't upgrade my memory. But why does it say in standard that i can have

• 8192 MB (4096 MB x 2)
• 8192 MB (8192 MB x 1)

I'm just guessing about their wording but.
Standard=One of configurations you could by.
non customer upgradeable= Not easy to upgrade, may need some disassembly.

What do you mean by some disassembly? I can't just open up my laptop and add another 4GB of RAM?

Looks like the RAM slots are easy to get to once you remove the bottom cover.

Yeah, but when i remove the cover i can add another RAM memory or not?

Open the cover and take a look. These days manufacturers are soldering the ram chips on to the motherboards. most of the time- not all the time they will put in a slot for additional ram.
Look and see if you have an empty slot for ram. I've seen where 2gig were soldered and 2 gig installed which limited the max size. (can't remove soldered ram)
While you're in there verify the size that's installed.
