I am looking at buying this PC on craigslist and everything about it is great, except one thing. The graphics card isn't the best and I want to upgrade it. First, I need to know if the 400W power supply is enough to support a different graphics card and if it can, please suggest some that would be compatible and not too expensive. I will be playing World of Warcraft and games of that sort, and I want it to run smoothly on high.

Thanks!

I'm not a WoW player, so probably not the best person to judge. And I don't know what resolution your monitor is. That makes a big difference too. But from what I've read, WoW is pretty much a CPU-demanding game because it is not well threaded. Since you already have a...
Yeah, you'll have to get rid of that el-cheapo PSU. With a single +12V rail rated at 17A, I'm surprised it can even handle the R7-250X the PC comes with.
You'll have to budge for a PSU and gfx card both. Your budget will determine the class of card you can use.

Would you mind suggesting a graphics card that would run WoW smoothly on high and a PSU that would support it all? I'm not sure how much I want to spend yet just don't make them crazy expensive.

But from what I've read, WoW is pretty much a CPU-demanding game because it is not well threaded. Since you already have a great CPU, try upgrading the PSU first. The R7-250X may have not been able to run at it fullest potential with that small (17A) +12V rail. If after that you still need better graphical performance, move up to something like a R9-270X, 280, 380 or a GTX 750 Ti, 960.

This PSU should be good for the most demanding of those cards: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096
