Can I change the H61 motherboard

Hi,
I want to buy a pre-built i5-2500 on a H61 motherboard. But I might want to change motherboards later on possibly to the z68. Is this possible?

Yes it is but if you are going to swap motherboards why not build the computer yourself now? A motherboard swap is basically a complete rebuild.

because it works out to be more expensive to build my own (i'm in australia where electronics =expensive). thanks for replying
