Can i change the tubing on my cpu cooler to clear?

I currently have a Corsair H100i v2 liquid cooler which is prefilled with coolant and has black nylon around tubing or do I need to installl a completely new liquid cooler on the PC?

is it a closed loop ? if it is they have already closed the loop ! you don't have to buy corsair get gamestrom , storm ?
