Question Can I change to high performance from AMD Ryzen defualt setup customized for AMD Processors?

Will this break my processor in time by doing so or is it safe; only my pc getting hotter?

You will increase power consumed and heat/noise generated, as well as CPU performance. As long as you have good airflow and cooling, you'll be fine.

I would not recommend using the High Performance Power Plan full time if you leave your PC on for long periods of time while not gaming.
The Ryzen Balanced Power Plan will let your CPU downclock when idle which will reduce power consumption and temperatures.
You can just select the High Performance Power Plan when you will be gaming and use the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan the rest of the time.
Using the High Performance Power Plan full time won't kill your CPU anytime soon but why stress your CPU and motherboard when you don't need to.
