Can I change to this cpu without changing motherboard

Hey well I want to change my i5 4460 3.2GHz cpu to an Intel Core i7 6700K 4.00 GHz but I dont know if my motherboard supports it

no sir.
4th generation intel chips have socket 1150. 6th gen intel chips have 1151 socket. one lousy pin.
You could either update to an i7-4xxx chip or replace both.

Why, specifically, are you changing from that current i5 to the proposed i7?

You are also talking about new RAM, new motherboard, new PSU(?).
IOW...most of a whole new PC.

Have you tried doing this streaming with your current system?
As said, going to that i7-6700k is mostly a whole new PC.

I've tried but I can't really stream I get fps drops, but someone told me the i7 4790k supports my motherboard without changing a lot of things what do you think ?

The 4790K performs within a hair of the 6700K and would be far less involved (and expensive) an upgrade. I feel it's a better choice.

Yup.
Much easier, cheaper, change.
And will do what you need.
