can I change wifi sharing hotspot encryption from wpa2 to wpa or open

Hi I create a hotspot in my windows 8.1 to share connection with my psp device but the encryption of hotspot is wpa2 and my psp doesn't support it is there a way I can change encryption to wpa or none

go into the routers settings and you should be able to change the encryption type. don't change it to none, you want your network protected.
