I just transfered my ssd (containing Windows) and hdd to a my new computer but the bios only recognizes the hdd so when i exit bios i just returns to bios after 10 sec

Solution
You typically can't transfer an SSD/HD with windows from one machine to another and expect it to boot up on the new machine. You'd have to install windows from scratch on the new machine. If the SSD isn't seen as connected to the SATA port in BIOS it's probably because of old firmware for your SATA port or a bad cable connection.. .

You can use it if the BIOS sees it at the SATA port, but you can't expect to use your windows installation from another computer with different hardware. Windows is installed to be hardware specific and will only work on the computer where it was installed. If you reinstall windows from scratch on the new machine, windows will be configured for your new hardware and work fine.
