Can I clean motherboard using mouthwash?

I have a g41m-vs3 motherboard that isn't working.
It is quite dirty, is it possible to clean with mouthwash?
It is 97% alcohol.
The reason I ask is because I have a bit here, and my spirits is finished.
Want to use it with a soft brush.

Other than the thermal compound on the CPU only a dry brush and canned air should be used to clean a motherboard, IMO.
