Can I clone an SSD conatining Windows to a larger SSD and then use that SSD as my boot drive?

Hello. I have a 250 gig SSD that is nearing capacity. This drive contains Windows 7. I off load a lot of the system files to a 1 terabyte hard drive. I'm thinking about buying a larger SSD, 500 gigs.

My question, is it possible to clone the 256 SSD onto the 500 SSD and then use the 500 SSD as my boot drive?

I guess I would then need to reformat the 256 drive and use that as additional storage. Thanks for your advice in advance.

Yes, it should be quite easy as well.
I’ve used EaseUS Todo Backup in the past and its worked well for me.
