Can i Combine amd a4-5300 to a gtx 1050 mini?

what is the best video card to buy on this cpu? i need to buy new power supply ? for safety?
my current specs is
AMD a4-5300 3.40GHz Dual core with radeon hd graphics
PSU:electron power supply mode: atx-600w (i think my psu is generic because this is free with case im thinking if this is safe to use gtx 1050
8gb Ram 1333
MOBO:Asrock fm2a55-vg3
can work on PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot (PCIE1 @ x16 mode)?
im wondering if i experience bottleneck issue,
i don't have a big budget im planning to buy video card 1st then after a year i upgrade my cpu to intel, just for now im planning to buy a video card and i want to know if i need to buy new psu

a GTX1050 is a large step upward at 1080P normally, however, your cpu is but a dual core, so you will be limited by the cpu in your gains in newer games...

Still, the GTX1050 could be carried forward into a budget-Ryzen build next year.

so maybe i can play dota 2 and cs go more smooth at medium settings ?
btw i have a 17" of montor you think this is compatible to gtx 1050 ?
