Can i make it so that my top and rear fans are intake and the front case fans are exhaust? Main reason I want to do this is because I have an ac vent blowing cool air on the rear and decreased my idle temps significantly.

Yeah remove the fans and Rotate them 180 degrees and reattach them. On your fans you will see arrows on which the fans turns and the airflow goes. an Arrow going <- or -> is the direction of the fan spins and the arrow ^ means which way the air will come in. So if you want the Front case fans to blow air out of your case the arrow needs to be pointing towards the front panel and not inside the case.

Well I saw some posts and videos saying that reverse airflow is worse and that you should put a dust filter on the rear fan if you want to configure it that way.
