Oh, thanks for your advice.I would never recommend that. Adaptors are NEVER a good idea, you have a somewhat high chance of the PSU destroying the GPU and maybe even everything it is connected to. Yes, adaptors work but it's risky. I would strongly suggest buying a new PSU
what is your budget? how much can you spend?Oh, thanks for your advice.
Since maybe I'll just get a new PSU, what would you recommend on buying, maybe a budget but decent psu would be great. )
Specs:
Core i7 3770
Rx 570 sapphire pulse 8gb
8gb ram
500gb hdd
Msi h61m mobo
Thanks in advance!
Maybe in about 2 to 3 years i can get a new one. But, for now, I think I'll consider buying a quality PSU.Do you have enough to buy a new computer? Because there's a chance of that happening if you use adapters, especially with that garbage quality psu.

The corsair cx 550m is priced about 72$ in my country but is there a cheaper one that has an 8 pin connector? And how do you figure out if a psu has an 8 pin connector flr the gpu?what is your budget? how much can you spend?
