Can I connect a bluetooth mono speaker to my PC using a USB cable?

My question is in the title but I'll explain here:
I have a Philips BT-50 bluetooth mono speaker and I can't find any USB bluetooth adapters because I live in Bosnia. I tried to connect it using the USB charger that came with it. It doesn't even load it. I tried to Google it but I didn't find anything even on the Microsoft sites. So is there any way I can connect a bluetooth speaker to a PC using a USB cable? Windows 7 btw

Probably not. The USB port is only configured to provide power, and not (audio) data.
