[SOLVED] Can I connect a laptop cooler to an USB HUB 3.0?

I bought this cooler and wanted to connect it to this usb hub

I understand that USB 3.0 reaches the required amps.
But Im not sure about the voltage. Should I buy a power supply? Is there a risk that the laptop or cooler could break? ?

Yes you can but you have to watch what else you are connecting to hub as all ports on it share power of 1 USB.
Alternative is to buy a self powered hub and use only when under power.
