Can I Connect A PCI-E Extender to another PCI-E Extender?

The only PCI-E Extender I found isn't long enough, so I was wondering if I could get 2 and attach both to each other to make it longer.

For mining, I don't see why not. But for more normal use cases you would probably want the kind that take external power and/or have some shielding.
